About Us

How our makerspace works

We're a combination of a club and a library: a place where you don’t borrow books, but access to equipment and the community.

We’re a 501(c)(3) Domestic Nonprofit Corporation, run off donated equipment and volunteer support. We don't have million dollar endowments. Every dollar goes into keeping the lights on and the tools spinning.

What makes this place extraordinary isn’t infrastructure — it’s people. Everything runs on volunteer power: the tours, the cleaning, the restocking, the mentoring. Even our board and president work shoulder to shoulder with everyone else.

We seek any who want to make or build and share their experiments or ideas.
